A Nice Stay with Really good Dining Experience
We recently enjoyed a charming stay, highlighted by a good carvery. The beef was tender, a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The dessert selection, especially the caramel and Malteser cheesecake, was a wonderful surprise. For future guests, make early reservations for dining during peak times!

Good location and friendly staff
We had a nice 3-night stay. The location was perfect for checking out Exeter. Staff were super friendly, and we loved the comfy bed and nice towels. It was also quiet in our back room, made sleeping easy. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, but weird that we couldn't order food at the bar during New Year's Eve.

Enjoyed this place, it was fairly clean and had very good staff and rooms. Superfriendly and pleasant staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of ibounce Trampoline Park.

A decent place for families with children
The room was clean and cozy perfect for our family needs, check in was super easy thanks to the night staff who were friendly and helpful. They even brought a highchair for our little one right to our table during breakfast, now that's a service you appreciate when you're juggling a baby and a fork!
It wasn't exactly a bargain but you get what you pay for I suppose.

I thought the girl on reception with long dark hair and glasses was very helpful and a pleasant girl.....comfort we liked...rooms bit dated but very clean and comfy......a spanish girl in the restaurant was extremely nice to us some of the others needed training in smiling and making u feel relaxed but all in all was super weekend. the location is ideal for dawlish etc which we love....highly reccomeded to friends and family..we stayed a few years ago and it was just as nice.
Just some of the restaurant staff were a bit aloof------but all in all a very pleasant stay-----the only complaint about breakfast was i can not have orange juice and as a diabetic i drink water so much that a change in the way of apple juice or something would have been nice. You need more than one juice in my opinion.

Good value and nice amenities
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the friendly staff were always attentive. The room I stayed in was a bit smaller than expected, which limited our activities after dinner.
